we work alongside outdoor event specialist suppliers when required, bringing together some or all of the elements essential in staging any outdoor event of real proportions

even simple summer garden parties require specialist input especially in the typical British summer!

although they may seem obvious, a number of faciiities are most important in organising a successful event and we will ensure that these are neither overlooked or under estimated - don't forget about:

signage - guests must know what's happening and where transport points are situated - some of the biggest headaches involve making guests arrive safely and on time without frustrating delays

parking - sufficient space needs to be available

safety - all necessary steps taken and first aid facilities included

insurance - is cover in place regarding liability or cancellation?

management - what kind of casual labour is to be deployed?

cleaning - what provisions have been made for litter and subsequent disposal?

permissions - are the appropriate authorities aware of the event in respect of key aspects?

sports stadium, racecourses, airfields and theme parks are well versed in these issues but other event organisers are not necessarily so aware

this is one area where we are not the right people to speak to!

whilst we appreciate the value of promoters and festival organisers, it is a hugely specialised field aimed at target audiences

we have no wonderful connections for festival tickets sadly....
